Boxer Performance Parts, Returns Information

All items that are regularly kept in stock at BPP can be returned, providing the following conditions are met:

Firstly:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Electronic Sensors/Parts are not able to be returned/exchanged.
  • You contact BPP via phone or email to discuss your reasons for needing to return the Item(s).
  • You then follow our procedures to return the item to BPP in perfect order.

Secondly:

  • Either:
    • The Item was incorrectly represented by BBP for fitment to your vehicle.
    • The Item is carefully packed and shipped back to BPP with your details.
    • You accept a refund within 48 hours of the Item that is being returned to BPP.
  • Or
    • The Item has not been opened from its manufacturers packaging.
    • The Item is carefully packed and shipped back to BPP with your details.
    • You accept a refund within 48 hours of the Item that is being returned to BPP.
    • Refund choices are as follows:
      • Full purchase price, less shipping costs and less 15% handling fee.
      • Full purchase price, less shipping costs as a store credit.

 Afterpay and Zip Money Refund Costs

Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of Afterpay and Zip Money, any order canceled using either payment method will attract a 6% processing fee.

Please Note: Utilising the “store credit” feature mentioned above will not attract this further 6% processing fee.
