The most restrictive component of the factory exhaust system is the down-pipe which begins right after the turbocharger. Invidia Exhausts use a larger pipe diameter and smooth bends allows the turbocharger to exhale exhaust gases with fewer restrictions and turbulence. Because of these reasons, Invidia down-pipes make for the most popular exhaust upgrade that adds a substantial bump in both horsepower and torque with a great reduction in turbo lag.

To withstand the high temperatures seen at the turbocharger laser cut cast steel flanges are used to ensure long lasting leak free reliability. A High-Flow catalytic converted is utilised to control emissions for street driving legalities but with minimal impact to exhaust flow. Designed locally to suit Australian Specification Vehicles, this is a 100% bolt on installation for right-hand drive vehicles with no modifications or changes to the steering knuckle required.  Factory O2 sensor locations are also retained to ensure compatibility with factory systems.
