GSS 39MM Fuel Pump Family Design Update: Generation 3 (G3)

Walbro / TI Automotive has made pump outlet updates to our popular line of 255LPH 39MM Gerotor fuel pumps. The new outlet design is engineered to improve fitting robustness while maintaining the current electrical connection configuration. The update retains our proven pump technology and these third generation pumps will continue to be manufactured in the Caro, MI plant. With the updated outlet design, we will be superseding the current GSS340, GSS341, and GSS342 pumps.

GFB have re-designed their WRX lightweight pulley to provide even more benefits. It is now shaped to look exactly like the factory Subaru pulley, so it goes unnoticed in your engine bay - it even uses the factory belts! A significant amount of weight has been removed from around the rim for even better throttle response. The pulley weighs in at 578g (previously 790g), compared to the factory 2180g on the WRX and 2575g on the STI. This pulley will improve throttle response (particularly off-boost response) and allow the engine to rev more freely in the upper rev range.

A complete ‘drop-in’ replacement fuel pump module, featuring the Bosch Motorsport BR540 true ethanol and petroleum friendly fuel pump with flow/pressure capabilities to deliver fuel for up to 350kw at the wheels.

 For over 300KW at the wheels, a MagnaFuel Fuel Pressure Regulator is required to be fitted to your engine in place of the OEM fuel pressure regulator.
