GFB have re-designed their WRX lightweight pulley to provide even more benefits. It is now shaped to look exactly like the factory Subaru pulley, so it goes unnoticed in your engine bay - it even uses the factory belts! A significant amount of weight has been removed from around the rim for even better throttle response. The pulley weighs in at 578g (previously 790g), compared to the factory 2180g on the WRX and 2575g on the STI. This pulley will improve throttle response (particularly off-boost response) and allow the engine to rev more freely in the upper rev range.

The Stage 1 clutch kit uses an upgraded pressure plate with increased clamping pressure, combined with an organic friction disc. Today, there is a wide range of demands for sport brake pads. Many drivers are choosing brake pads that offer optimal performance on the street and race circuit. The demand is for a brake pad that is usually used on the street and can be occasionally used at the race circuit. These drivers are using high performance radial tires not the racing tires the frequent race circuit drivers use. If racing brake pads are used, it may not provide the optimal temperature range, decrease disc life, and unable to provide the right balance between tire grip and brake performance.

The development concept of the Z-type brake pad is a high performance brake pad for street-use. For the testing, cars like Subaru Impreza WRX, Mitsubishi Lancer EVO, BMW M3, and Porsche Cayman S were used with high performance radial tires. The pads went through extended road trials on the street followed by rigorous testing on the race circuit.
On the street, the brake pads were able to offer consistent brake feel even at low temperatures, and achieved low brake noise and longer disc life. On the race circuit, there was no decrease in braking power, and offered superior stopping power.

The Process West Charge Pipe Kit for the 2015+ Subaru WRX, is the best upgrade charge pipe kit on the market.

Made in 2 pieces it is easy install, without the hassle of trying to feed one big pipe into position and includes all the necessary couplers and clamps for the perfect fitment. The charge pipe kit provides a much smoother air flow path from the turbo to the intercooler, over the factory pipe.

Finished in a nice black powdercoat, the upgrade doesn't look out of place, and gives a factory appearance.

The new Process West Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the 2015+ Subaru VA WRX allows for superior air intake cooling. This is achieved by using light-weight CNC mandrel bent aluminuim intercooler piping and a large 685 x 275 x 85mm bar & plate intercooler core.

Why is this so important? Two key reasons:

Adjust how loud the blow-off sound is. Recirculate all of the air for silent factory operation, vent it all to atmosphere for maximum noise, or set it ANYWHERE in between to suit your preference.

Get a blow-off sound WITHOUT causing stalling, backfiring, or any other BOV-related issues, even on a car with a sensitive airflow meter (MAF).
Hold on, it gets better. The Respons isn’t just a noise-maker. It also;

• Offers better throttle response
• Faster boost recovery on gearshift
• Unlimited boost-holding!

For example, using GFB’s TMS (Turbo Management System) principle, tests show that the Respons can return the engine to peak boost up to 30% faster than a factory diverter valve when shifting gears.

• Recirculation model for direct factory replacement for performance without the noise

Like the Respons and Deceptor Pro II, the Mach 2 is available in a range of bolt-on kits for most popular turbo models. And when we say “bolt-on”, that’s exactly what we mean! No additional adaptors, parts or vehicle modifications are required – simply remove the factory bypass valve and replace it with the Mach 2 – it’s that simple!

The Mach 2 is configured as a 100% recirculating valve (i.e. bypass, plumb back) and add on kits are also available to convert to 100% atmosphere venting.

Use the recirc model for direct factory replacement when you want the performance WITHOUT the noise! Add the conversion kit when you want some noise with your performance!

Factory bypass valves have two main shortcomings – one is that they are typically designed to start opening above a certain pressure to protect the engine, and the other is they are not optimised for throttle response. Oh, and you can’t vent them to atmosphere without stalling your engine…
The Mach 2 solves all of these issues. It can effectively hold unlimited boost (unlimited in that no turbo could ever produce enough pressure to damage it), and the TMS technology ensures maximum throttle response

Unlike the factory solenoid,this 3-Port Solenoid allows you to raise the factory boost levels with more response and adding more control.

With this solenoid no boost pressure is allowed through to the actuator so no premature boost can occur. The 3-Port Solenoid allows lower wastegate duty cycle to produce higher boost pressures with much greater control,thereby allowing tuners more “headroom” and “space” when modifying high horsepower turbo vehicles.

The kit includes the 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid and harness for plug and play install with Subaru 2015+ WRX and Brackets to make it for easy Plug and Play application.

Tuning Notes:

Because this upgraded solenoid affects the way that your vehicle controls boost, it is always recommended that you consult with a tuner immediately following installation. It is not recommended that you drive the car in a way that builds boost without doing so. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly!
